To be of service to clients that require a one-to-one consultative
approach to solving their business graphics/promotional needs. To
treat each client with honesty, integrity and respect. To consistently
create posters, banners, signs, vehicle magnetics, stencils, trade
show graphics and other required products that meet our clients
needs.

Statement
To be the number one provider of business graphics using a one-on-one
consultative approach to solving our clients business graphics/promotional
needs in the small to medium sized business marketplace in Calgary.
Having a reputation for always doing what it says it will do, 5by5
imaging.com inc. will continue to give time back to the community
via volunteerism.
In ten year’s
time, the owner will employ a team that runs the place in his absence
allowing him to live his personal vision of working “5 days
a week, 5 minutes per day” and with the remainder of his time
to put more into the community by volunteering his skills at not-for-profit
agencies in the area.
Our Copyright
Statement
Since we work with two different types of creative works we have
two different approaches to copyright and use of the creative data.
These approaches fall within Canadian Copyright legislation. In
the event that you provide us with finished artwork for unmodified
reproduction, you are responsible for all copyright for that artwork
and we are not responsible for copyright of these works in any case
whatsoever. In the event that we are requested to modify or build
artwork for you, we retain copyright for all modified or built-up
artwork and license to do with this work as we require for any promotional
purposes unless we come to an agreement prior to commencement of
services.
Our Deposit
Policy
When our services are engaged we will ask you for a non-refundable
deposit equal to approximately half of the job’s estimated
value up-front. For creative services we will provide you with two
proofs via email or 8.5x11” hardcopy before we proceed to
the final job. Extra proofs are available at our normal hourly rates.
When you have given us approval to proceed we will complete the
job and your balance will become due.
Our Privacy
Policy
Your personally identifiable information is required for our accounting
systems. Your information will be retained according to Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles (G.A.A.P.) and as mandated of us
by the Canada Revenue Agency. Your credit card information is never
gathered electronically by 5by5 imaging.com inc. This data is managed
via multi-level backups and is stored in a secured facility. We
routinely test our systems for potential breaches. Your personally
identifiable information will not be shared or sold to any third
